Triton Submarine's Chairman, L. Bruce Jones, has been an avid aircraft pilot for 36 years and is a believer in the added safety and competence that a quality simulator can bring to the pilot training environment. As a result, Triton Submarines has commissioned the world's first civil deep submersible pilot simulator. The simulator will be used for pilot training but is also a very fast and effective way to introduce a prospective buyer to the submersible operations environment.

The Triton simulator was introduced at Fortune Magazine's Brainstorm Tech Conference in July at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay where U.S. Submarines was a $250,000 primary sponsor. Over 70 of the world's top executives from technology companies experienced the simulator which was an unmitigated success.

The Triton simulator resides at the company's Vero Beach, Florida facility.
