Today, James Cameron made history by completing the deepest solo manned submersible dive in history. As I am writing this, he is at the bottom of Challenger Deep. We wish him a safe return and many more safe dives to come. Our hope is that his accomplishments will mark the beginning of a new era of oceonographic exploration.
