“In the world of manned submersibles there are few times that a better mousetrap gets to show itself. I recently have had the opportunity to work on, see in action and pilot, Triton’s new 1000 meter submersible. One look and it’s quite apparent that this is a horse of a different color, with it’s warehouse sized hull (comparatively speaking) , ease of loading and unloading passengers and massive payload. There are also lots of little details lurking about this boat that prove to be very well thought out. This is really something that only a build from the ground up can provide and the Triton is just that. Once past the learning curve of where things are located, it becomes almost second nature to pilot if you have a modicum of experience…. A great boat”
